X theme update problems

Hello,

I have tried to update x theme to the newest update, when I do this all the text on the website disappears.
I had to restore to a previous backup.

There is also a problem with cornerstone, the text is not displayed here either.

I have tried to update everything, and also deactivating all third parties plugins to se if this solves the problem. Does not help.

I really need this to work. Can you help me.
I am using wp bakery visual composer for the most of my website.

Thanks for reaching out.

I checked and it’s already updated and the builder is working fine. Texts are displaying too. Does it happen on specific page? Would you mind providing that URL?

And from what version you have updated it? Does it have custom CSS that fails now? The issue that I can see from that page are spaces (if that meant to be a full-width banner (3columns).
