X Theme update fail

XTheme update cause live page not to show properly, however, it shows properly in preview

Hello Milton,

Thanks for writing in! After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

Hello Milton,

It seems that you no longer meet the minimum requirements to run the latest WordPress and the theme. Please check this out:

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP to version 7.4.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

my PHP version has been updated to 7.4, yet, i am still experiencing the issue.

Hey Milton,

I’d like to clarify first that the builder and its element output works. The issue is with Cornerstone and the Smart Slider plugin.

There might be an error message generated in the server error log. It would be best that we see the generated errors as it might help our development team diagnose where the issue is coming from.

Please contact your web host to give you the error log and post the content of the error log in the secure note.

Thanks.

this is resolved.
