I have one X Theme web site and want to make another with all the same settings, plugins, etc. I own another X-Theme account and want to use my current website settings and use those in my second X Theme website and only change the products I sell.
In other words, is it possible to make a template of the first X Theme site and copy that over to my second web site?

What you can do is to clone your current site and import it to the new site. You can make use of a 3rd party plugin to do the work for you. Once the site is being cloned, you will have the exact copy of your current site. You can then simply delete or removed unnecessary contents in the new sites such as the products, post or pages that may no longer be needed in your new site.
