I am building a website using X Theme on a local server (Wamp Server).
I have installed the theme, but when I try to launch cornerstone it gets stuck on spinning wheel.

Please go over the troubleshooting steps in this link:
Usually, Cornerstone will not run if there is not enough PHP memory limit in your server or because of a plugin conflict but please check the link above for more suggestions.

I’ve just done a fresh upload of the theme so there is no additional plugins. I’ve also adjusted the PHP memory limit in the server to the maximum. I’ve also gone through the common issues document.
Still no success. Please advise.
