X theme stopped working after webhost locked and opened site

My test site is http://dish.se (my other X installation has exactly the same error)

All it displays is the shortcodes.

It’s probably not X, but a setting or something that my webhost did. You see, my site was hacked and they blocked all access to all of my sites on the account. We cleaned the sites. Then activated everything again causing this symptom.

X is activated, but the expanding menu for the options in the admin does not show up.
Cornerstone is activated, but it’s not working.

• I’ve updated WP and the theme.
• I’ve made sure I have 512 Mb of memory
• I have disabled all other plugins.
• I’ve checked that I have proper SQL user rights
• I’ve tested both php 7 and 5 environments.
• I’ve even tested a fresh install of WP with X theme on an empty domain - Not working

Any idea what might be causing this? I’m worried that my webhost won’t have a clue and blame it on the theme - and vice versa - leaving me in the middle.

Sidenote: Pro installations are working fine.

Hey @marcuszacco,

The issue is because you’re using another Cornerstone plugin.

You will need to uninstall that and then go to X in WordPress admin menu and the Cornerstone page builder will automatically be installed for you.

Awesome. It worked.

Oh. That’s confusing as heck. Where did that 0.7 version come from. I backed X theme up from the Themeforest download. It’s embedded into that one.

Anyway. Solved. Thanks for stellar support! Saved my sunday.

You’re welcome, @marcuszacco. Regarding the other Cornerstone plugin, it is a different plugin listed in the WordPress plugin repository which has been in conflict with our Cornerstone plugin.
