We just checked our website today and the slider is not working properly. We have a transparent background to our slider which is now showing as a black box in our slider. So where we should be seeing our blue background behind our slider, we are seeing our header on a black square. Incidentally, my partner is seeing it fine in the UK. I’m in the states and having a problem seeing it. I have cleared the cache in my computer. it concerns me as my phone is displaying the same way as my computer. We see that we do not have the most up to date plug in. Not sure how to update it. The website address is: https://compass-marketing.com. We will put the login details in the note. I tested your site using different browsers and I didn’t see a black box in your slider. Here’s what I see:
I believe this is only a caching issue. Please try clearing your browser’s cache again and also do test in incognito and other browsers too.
If the issue still persists on your end or I didn’t understand the issue, please screenshots.
