Hello,

We’re having issues with our menu, it seems to be faulty and does’t matchup to the demo shown in the live preview. All plugins have been installed correctly and no server errors have been detected.

Sometimes the only screenshot does not help us to diagnose the error, to get into the issue we need to examine the site URL. Please share your live website URL so that we can access your website and check it.

Thanks for sharing your login credentials.

Please check your website The header menu is working fine as our demo. The issue behind it you were using " UberMenu" but you did not set the " UberMenu" settings correctly.

To get the same Header layout as our demo you don’t need " UberMenu" plugin so I have temporarily turned it off.

If you want to use “UberMenu” for the Menu please have a look at our documentation.
