X theme seems to cut off my custom code

Hi,

I’ve added some custom code to html in text module. It looks like this:
<a data-tolb-id="tolb-29672961">test</a>
but after logging out or showing the page in other browser i get this:
<a>test</a>

How to prevent from erasing my code? Or how to add it by JS?

I’ve just tested and it’s working fine on my end:

Don’t forget to switch to HTML tab instead:

If it still doesn’t work, please try testing a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Now I have only Cornerstone and Polylang activated.
Of course it is made in HTML. Sadly, still the same.

This code is what I’m trying to add (and couple other similar to this):

It always cuts off all tags like “data-tolb-src” or “data-tolb-type”. But only while logged out. While editing all seems good.

Hey @Starsocks,

When using HTML, you need to use the Classic Raw Content element. The Text element will strip out non-standard attributes.
