X-theme + Registration Magic + Woocommerce = help!

Hi

I am trying to create a custom login-field for customers of my site. I want them to chose between beeing a business customer or a normal customer. Registration Magic has some ok guides for setting up the roles, the fields and even that it integrates with Woocommerce. But when I follow the guides, nothing shows up in my site with an x-theme setup.

Is there a guide, or insight into how to get Registration Magic forms into the default Woocommerce registration pages that is used by x-theme?

Just to be clear, the making of roles. Creating the forms all work within Registraion Magic. They just dont show up on the pages setup by Woocommerce+x-theme.

Thanks for writing in.

It should work since X theme doesn’t have any complicated integration with Woocommerce. X theme only provides the templates to make Woocommerce looks the same as the theme’s design. Does it work with other themes? Would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in a secure note?

I can’t promise any solution, I just need to confirm if this is due to our theme or the plugin alone. If it’s due to our theme then I’ll add this to our issue tracker along with the information I may able to find.

I couldn’t confirm it as I’m confused with the process. Would you mind providing a video recording on how to reproduce the issue and information of what we should see, like what page and so on. I’ll add this to our issue tracker as a feature request.

I dont have the possebility of making a video. But I have made som screenshots to try and explain.

Our goal is to create a registration form for a customer to pick if they are a normal (privat) og business (Bedrift) customer. Because the shop has different prices and products for each customer type. So we need them to register BEFORE shoping. The site is in Norwegian, so I have to translate a few things.

“Min Side” is My Page. Clicking here as an uregistered user posts a registration form created by Woocommerce. I was hoping through the magic of Magic Registration, the form I created would pop up here.

This is a preview of a form made in Registration Magic, and has all the fields I need.

Here is what it looks like under “Min Side” after I tried to integrated that form into Woocommerce:

As you see, the fields are not there.

Also, if I try to buy a product as a nonregistered user, I was hoping the fields would be at the check out. But not there either.

Hi there,

I tried to make a sense of the process but unfortunately, I could not. Actually, there seems to be the difference between the version of the Woocommerce used in the tutorials and your version.

Please change the X theme to the default WordPress theme, if you see the problem yet then it is not related to our theme and you need to contact the Register Magic support to get a better and more detailed information as they know more about their system and Woocommerce integration.

As my colleague mentioned the X theme does not have any procedural changes in Woocomemrce and it is only a matter of design when it comes to the Woocommerce. So as soon as you can integrate the plugin with the default WordPress theme it will work with the X theme.
