X Theme Pro Compatibility Issues with WooCommerce

howdy, tried updating to Woocommerce Version 9.9.5, and it takes the network site backend down reporting “this website has experienced a critical error”. The website itself is still accessible by external users, but the backend goes out, so no work can be done without having to roll back the site. Is this a known issue?

We updated WooCommerce to the latest version, 9.9.5, and WordPress to version 6.8.1, but we are not seeing any issues. Both the back end and front end load fine. It’s possible that the issue is caused by a third-party plugin or a custom modification. We recommend enabling debug mode and enable the error logs to help trace the source of the error. Temporarily disabling the plugins may also help.
