X-theme php errors

Hi there, I have installed the Query monitor plugin because we are experiencing some performance issues.

I have found some errors related to x-theme, but I can’t understand what it’s really causing this errors.

Can you help me investigate?

Hi,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Then make sure you have the following versions as required by wordpress

PHP version 7.3 or greater.
MySQL version 5.6 or greater

I have set up php 7.3-alt but the site breaks down. I have to set the -ea version and it’s arrive only till 7.2.

Then, the query monitor says there some slow query and they come from Cornerstone e The Grid plugin. Is it normal?

Are you experiencing this when you’re editing your site? (For example when loading Cornerstone). If so it would be normal.

We have a separate guide on how to increase performance of your site (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/customizations-performance/210). You may go through the article and implement some of the recommendations and see if that helps.

Then you can use some of the tools like GTmetrix (https://gtmetrix.com/), Google Insights (https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/) and Google Lighthouse (https://developers.google.com/web/tools/lighthouse/) to further analyze your site and improve accordingly.
