Hello, I use the MyBookTable plugin on multiple client websites, and today, either the X Theme update to version 9.0.3 or Cornerstone update to 6.0.3 has caused a major conflict. Please follow this link and click on one of the books. Each book has a full page with book cover, bookseller links, reviews, and blurbs, but after updating X and Cornerstone, these pages are not displaying. This is crucial to my business as many of my clients are authors. Please advise how to fix this issue. Thank you!
It looks like the header/footer are present but the whole content area is missing. Could you try temporarily deactivating your child theme? Also, you can add login credentials in a secure note and we can take a closer look.
Thank you, Alexander. I’ve supplied login credentials for you. I deactivated the X Child theme, and the content for the page came back. It seems to be a conflict between X or Cornerstone and the plugin MyBookTable. Thank you for your help!
Hello @JonesHouseCreative,
The given credentials do not work for us. It seems the given username or password is incorrect.
Please double-check so we can check your child theme files.
Thanks.
My apologies. I was having a file error on my server. Please use the supplied credentials to log in.
Hello @JonesHouseCreative,
I am another staff. I tried to access your site’s dashboard but the given credentials are not working. Please recheck and send us again.
Thanks
I have updated the password, so thank you for trying again.
Hey @JonesHouseCreative,
The conflict is with X 9.03 and also 9.0.4 and the MyBookTable plugin. I’ve reverted X to 8.3.3 and the content shows up.
I’ll report my discovery to our core developer, Alex. He might need to check further so please give us FTP access also.
Thanks.
Thanks for your help. I’ve set up FTP credentials for you temporarily if you need them.
Thank you for sharing the FTP details. I was able to correct this problem by patching your site directly. I made a small change with how templates are routed to better accommodate plugins that programmatically overwrite templates. This adjustment will be in the next version of X, so you can safely run automatic updates without reintroducing the problem.
Hi @alexander,
Thank you very much for your help. You and your team have certainly impressed me with your quick responses. Is the patch something I can introduce to my other clients’ websites in the meantime until the new version of X is released? I have about 50 sites running X and waiting to be updated because many of them use the MyBookTable plugin.
Thank you again!

Hi Matt,
You’re welcome! I would advise waiting to update the other sites until X 9.0.5 is released. That should be later today so you won’t be waiting too much longer.
