X Theme options made by Editor role not being saved

Hi,

I reached out earlier today regarding the issue of the Editor role not being able to save theme options and was told this is a known bug that would go away by updating to the most recent theme version. Unfortunately, I’m still experiencing this issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot use this theme do to this issue.

Thanks for writing in! This issue has been closed already in our issue tracker. Can you please confirmed that you have updated to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • Pro theme 2.4.6
  • X theme 6.4.6
  • Cornerstone 3.4.6

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-
