X theme not working - says not validated anymore and more

I downloaded x theme as I wanted to use the crafty website template. First, when I purchased, it said I would get 6 months of support, and I assumed that meant I could talk to someone if I had issues, but I can see that the support is in the form of this forum, which I feel is misleading.
The crafty site, once uploaded, wasn’t exactly like the demo version. I thought I could make it work anyway, however I seem to have lost the content of a couple of pages and I cannot get them back. I’ve tried to reset my wordpress but it didn’t fix the issue.
Now it won’t let me validate the x theme or cornerstone. My validation code isn’t working, and it was previously.

I have requested a refund as I don’t have time for this hassle and I feel the product was mis sold. I haven’t had a reply yet.

Please can I have a refund asap please.

Regarding refunds, Themeforest recommends that you ask help from the author. We’ll be happy to investigate the issue if you provide us with the following information in a Secure Note.

• What content was lost in what pages? Provide specific URLs and screenshots
• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
