X theme not auto-updating

Dear support team,
I’ve a website with the X theme purchased from Envato Themeforest.
Problem is that I’ve activated auto-update (i.e. unattended updating the theme whenever there’s a new version), but it never gets updated.
Is there any way to debug this? I would be able to run the update if I press “Update now” in WP admin manually.

Update: Here’s a screenshot. Auto-updates are enabled and at time of writing scheduled to run in 4 hours. But problem is, it will not update.

Hi Ursula,

We are not sure why you are getting this issue. There might be a few different reasons like Folder and File Permissions along with the following PHP environment variable values.

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb
allow_url_fopen = On

I would suggest you ask your hosting service provider to increase the value of the above variables to given values and check if the folder permission is writable or not.
If none of those helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
