X Theme: No Thumbnail Created Upon Image Upload

Hi. I’m running X Theme 8.2.3. My issue is that I am NOT getting any resized images when uploading a new image to Media Library.

My understanding is that when an image is uploaded, wordpress will create copies with different sizes, ie. Thumbnail, Medium, and Large.

All I get when uploading the original image is the original image.

My Media Settings are set to: Thumbnail 150x150, Medium 300x300, Large 1024x24.

I am running the latest PHP version.

I have contacted my host to ensure PHP is up to date and has the correct settings. They have advised I ask Themeco about the problem.

Hello Howard,

I have logged in and there is a Thumbnail, Medium or even the Large size.

See the test page URL in the secure note I have created where I inserted the different image sizes.
