X theme on mobile has small box for dropdown navigation, but it won’t open. Nothing happens when clicking on it. I have checked for updates and it looks like both X and Cornerstone are up-to-date. Please help.

Thanks for asking. 
I can confirm mobile menu is not working. From Plugins > Installed Plugins please try to deactivate and delete Cornerstone plugin. After that please visit X > Validation to automatically install Cornerstone. Please clear browser cache and see if mobile menu is working.
