X Theme Menu not displaying correctly

Recently the menu on my site started to display without any of the formatting.
I’ve tried changing settings in the customizer but still seem to have the same issue.
Anybody had the same or similar issues?

I checked your website and found that your PRO theme version is 1.1.0 and the latest version is 3.2.3.
It might be version compatibility issue since your WordPress version is 5.4.2 and your active PRO theme version is 1.1.0. It is quite old

I would recommend you to please update your theme. https://theme.co/docs/how-to-update

Please check the version compatibility page if the latest versions of plugins are already available.
