X-Theme License Will not Validate

Hello,
My x-theme license will not validate. I’ve tried turning plugins off, etc. but it still refuses to validate.

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons for this issue, I would suggest you troubleshoot the common issues related to the Product Validation.

  1. Location Issues
  2. Communication Error Messages

I have also checked your website and found that the X theme is not installed, please remember that the Cornerstone license is a separate one, and it is not possible to validate it with the X theme license.
