X-Theme License Transfer to New Account

Hay Guys!

Long time reader, first time poster! =) I love Pro & X-Theme SO MUCH!! I have a quick question that I was hoping you guys could help me with: I have 2 licenses, one that I purchased a few years ago with an old account, and one with this account. I would like to transfer my first license to this account, so I followed the instructions and unlocked it with my old account, but I receive this error every time I try to add it to this one:

Purchase code could not be added to user account: License already exists for this Envato Purchase Code.

Could you guys help me with transferring it over? I’ll include all of the details in a private post following this one. Thank yoooouuu!!! =D

Thanks for writing in!

Please understand that your old account needs to be removed or deleted before you can add the license to your new account. Please confirm that you agree that we delete your old account.

Kindly let us know.

I just tried and I’m still getting the same error! * cries * I can also still log in to the old account… I deleted my cached files from my browser and everything, but it didn’t help. Can you guys add the license manually for me, please? Or maybe show me how to delete my old account? I couldn’t find any ways to delete it on my own.

Hey Jenna,

I am pretty sure the old account were already deleted. Please clear your browser cache or use private browsing (incognito) mode instead and then login to the new account.

If still not working, we will be forwarding this to the person in charge with licenses.

Okay, I tried clearing browser cache again, incognito, and I even tried from my dad’s laptop, but I’m still receiving the same error. Forward me to the Licensing Department, baby…

All done! I’ve manually moved the license across for you, so both are now in the same account. Sorry for any mix-up. If you need anything else, just let us know.
