X theme Launch/ Cornerstone loading

Hello,
I currently only see a circular loading symbol for 5+ min when I select “edit with Cornerstone” or select the “launch” button under the X menu. Do I need to let this load for a long period of time? Please advise.

Same here. Deactivated all plugins, increased the memory limits as recommended, it just won’t load.

Hello,
The same issue is happening on another site I manage. Please advise as soon as possible. I am sending a secure note with the login details to the other site as well.

Hi @trentlott90

It’s somehow loading but some time isn’t. Please backup your site and install Better Search Replace plugin, then please replace this string included in the secure note.

Then please turn off google map API in Admin > Appearance > Ubermenu > General Settings > Assets > Load Google Maps API

Thanks for updating this thread. Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 5.1.0
Cornerstone: 2.0.5

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

I have tested Cornerstone and I could not replicate any issues.
