X theme launch / Cornerstone loading

Hi,
X theme or cornerstone doesn’t load. Currently only see a circular loading symbol when I select “edit with Cornerstone” or select the “launch” button under the X menu. Any way to fix this?

Hi There,

if you have any cache plugins make sure to clean the cache.

Also clean your browser cache.
If that does not help please try turning off all third party plugins to test for plugin conflict.
In case you haven´t increased your PHP Memory Limit, Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

You can add it before the line.

If that doesn’t work please let us know your site details in a secure note so that we can have a look.

Hello There,

Thank you for providing the information. It turns out that you have installed the W3 Total Cache and that you have enabled the JS and CSS minify option which is not recommended because it can cause issues with Cornerstone. I have disabled it, cleared your plugin cache and now you can load Cornerstone.

Please check your site now.
