Every time I look at the theme in the WP tools menu in bluehost, the screenshot.png file shows ‘Silicon App’ instead of the default X theme logo. Why is this continuing to happen? Everything is locked down.

We recommend that you contact the creators of the WP Tools Menu or Bluehost. They should be able to respond to that issue. As of this moment, the screenshot of the theme is still intact. See the secure note.

So how are they getting in? Is this not a WP issue, then?

We do not know about your experience with the hosting service and why there is another image showing on the tool that you use.
Please kindly consider that we provide a ZIP file of our theme and the screenshot.png file is a Pro logo that resides in the root folder of the theme. The matter of being hacked is something that you need to follow up with your hosting service provider and not us.
