X Theme from 2016 - Cornerstone to WP Bakery Page Builder issues

I am trying to relaunch an aged site on X and found that Cornerstone was no longer functional. I tried adding WP Bakery Page Builder from the X Menu but it gives me an error: Download failed. cURL error 6: Could not resolve host: themeco-packages.s3.amazonaws.com

My version of X is the newest one. I tried deactivating Cornerstone before downloading WP Bakery and that didn’t help either.

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that you have validated the X theme before downloading any of the bundled plugins. If you already did and still experience the issue, we would love to investigate further if we can log in to your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
- Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
