X theme footer widget styles

Hello,

I added four footer widgets and put basic text in them to see what it would look like. The footer widgets seem to not have much in the way of styles. Do I need to hand code css for the footer background and widgets?

Hey Joanna,

Yes, you will have add some custom CSS for the footer widget areas if you want to style theme further.

Please let us know if you need more suggestions about the CSS.

Thanks for your reply. Are the following classes good to use for footer widget and footer styles, or are there other classes I should use?

footer.x-colophon.top
footer.x-colophon.bottom

.x-colophon.bottom
