today I got a message from a client, unfortunately the EA Image Comparison Feature is broken.
In the backend, everything is normal - but in the frontend the display is not working.
Do you have any idea?

I have checked your live page and it seems that there are 12 JS errors on the page which has caused the EA image comparison not working.
I noticed that your theme and Cornerstone is out dated. Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
- X theme 6.2.5
- Cornerstone 3.2.5
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).
After the updates, please also make sure to update Essential Addons plugin and make sure that the latest version works with the latest version of the theme and Cornerstone. In most case, you would need to consult the creators of the plugin for them to be aware that their plugin is generating JS error which may not be compatible with the latest WordPress 4.9.8
