X Theme Design Cloud Not Working

I am trying to load the Auto theme onto my page and it only loads for around a minute when clicking on install but nothing more happens. Please help as soon as you can

Thanks for reaching out!

Please ask your hosting provider to change the following settings.

allow_url_fopen = On
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb

I installed the Auto theme onto my Wordpress site and it doesn’t look like the demo site on the homepage as it is missing the hero image section and the menu that follows the viewer on the homepage below the hero section. How do I get mine to look like this so I can edit off of that?

Hi Jonathan,

It seems that the Slider Revolution specific slider is not set through the Page Settings > Slider Settings: Above Masthead. I would suggest you set the slider.
