I had the compatibility problem between x theme (cornerstone) and WPML. I made the 6 languages contents by hand. Then, the updates arrived. I made the updates, and… After having changed some parameters because it still didn’t work (only the titles of the contents appeared in the translation frames), I’ve lost all the translated contents, I cannot handle the addons of X theme anymore, and cannot update X theme due to a strnage permission rights rule… I’m tired of this.

Thanks for writing in! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Your content should be there on the database. Please check the following server configurations to make sure that you’re fully compatible.
PHP version: We recommend PHP version 5.6.x or later to avoid incompatibility issues. You can use the following plugin to check this information (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-serverinfo/).
Also check the PHP memory limit and increase it by following this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935).
Other than that try disabling your 3rd party plugins and see if you’re experiencing a plugin conflict. If you’re using a child theme, switch to your parent theme and see if you have any conflicts with your child theme.
If you’re still having issues, provide us with your WordPress login credentials along with your FTP credentials to investigate this issue further.
