X Theme Cornerstone spinning and status page blank

Hello,

I was not using the cornerstone editor for 6 months and now it is not loading (the wheel is spinning endlessly). In addition, the status page of X is blank.

I am running the same setting for a different wordpress site and all is working fine.

I already tried reinstalling cornerstone, deactivate plugins, delete caches and using different browers. It’s not working on this system but on the other all is fine.

Hey Christoph,

I checked your setup and this is highly likely because of your web host’s non-standard WordPress setup. I see you’re on a managed WordPress hosting. Please ask your web host to view the server error logs and also ask them if they could fix the errors on their end. If there’s an error coming from our theme files, please post them in the secure note.

Thanks for checking.

I checked with the error logs from the server (raidboxes) and there was no error in there… Its strange, since I am using another website with the exactly same settings and Theme-X and it is working.

Do you have any other suggestions for what I can do?

Should I try to reinstall X completely?

Hi Christoph,

I checked, and even the Admin > X > Status isn’t loading, and it’s just a simple page stat. Could you try re-installing your theme and cornerstone? And please enable WP_DEBUG from your site’s wp-config.php by setting it to true. Then we’ll continue checking, the blank stat page means it has error, I’m not just sure why there is no error logs, setting WP_DEBUG should display it without a need for error logging.
