X Theme Compressing Images / Changing Image URLs

Hi,

I’m trying to insert images into my page here:

And X Theme keeps changing my image URLs and compressing the images I’m trying to insert. I’ve even tried using raw content to insert the image directly with HTML and it still changes the image URLs.

For example, this is the first image I inserted into that page:
http://www.getsmartgridsolar.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/Tax-BG-1-1.png

And this is the image X Theme switched it to:
https://i0.wp.com/www.getsmartgridsolar.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/Tax-BG-1-1.png?resize=960%2C1178

How can I disable this compression so I can use the exact image URL I want to insert?

Hi,

Thanks for writing in!

It’s not the theme but one of your plugins.

To find out which plugin, you can try deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
