X Theme Color Control Issue

Hello,

I am working on a site using Cornerstone and when I try to change some of the colors in the site, I get a weird looking box that won’t allow me to change the colors. The color box is all messed up.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Please check if X and Cornerstone are both updated to the most recent version.

I cleared cache under Managed WordPress > Flush Cache and after that I tried editing a page using Cornerstone builder and color picker box seems to be working fine. Please see screencast. https://cl.ly/012s3a0v3u0p

I suggest you to clear browser cache and try again.

Im having the same type of issue on another website that I am building with X and Cornerstone. The Theme and Cornerstone are both updated. Cache cleared. When I go to select a color, I get the same thing as shown above. Frustrating.

I did the same thing on the website. First I cleared cache and then tried editing the page. On my end color picker box is working fine. Please see screencast. Link shared in secure note.

Ahh… looks like I am stuck. I clear cache (7 days back) but still no luck.

Weird. Im trying to change the icon color for the button “call us now” but when i go to the color selector I get this.

And when I tried to add a new button from Elements I get this.

I tried with Classic and V2 button elements. Icon selector and color picker box both are working fine. Link in secure note. I think it’s more of a browser issue. Have you tried clearing browser cache? Can you please tell us the browser you are using. Also, try making the changes using a different browser and let us know how it goes.
