X Theme - Can't install Site Template from the Design Cloud -

Hi,

I just installed and validated my X Theme and was trying to install the Church Demo [Site Template] from the Design Cloud. The install button just loads.

I’ve already added the config below on my PHP

memory_limit = 512M
upload_max_filesize = 512M
post_max_size = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300

and SQL

max_allowed_packet = 16Mb
innodb_log_file_size = 128mb

but to no avail. I also tried to install the Architecture Portfolio from the Content Template and was able install it.

Please help.

Since you are done changing the required settings. Would you mind sharing your credentials so that we can check your issue? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Thanks for providing all the details!

I went ahead and change your permalinks to post name in the Settings > Permalinks then when I install the church demo on your website, it is now successfully installed on your website with no issue at all.
