X Theme and WP Bakery - Row stretch and other design options

I have X theme and WP Bakery installed and updated both.

There no longer seems to be a Insert Row element. And subsequently I am unable to Stretch Rows and center content etc.

This really frustrating as I use WP bakery on other sites and can achieve what I want. But not on this site now.

You will see the page layout I am trying to achieve here…

Nothing lines up as it should. I have got this far using percentage widths and and align center in CSS etc.

This close… but not correct.

With Row options and the associated design elements disabled by X theme please let me know how you would go about building this page.

If I turn off X theme integration in the WP Bakery option then I can get the Insert Row element come up but the site layout on existing page is corrupted and all wrong.

Hey @smilermark,

Please update Cornerstone to the latest version also because X Integrated shortcodes come from it.

Please give us a screenshot of your design or how your layout should look so we could teach you how to achieve it using X and Cornerstone.

Hi Mark,

Please follow these steps:

  1. Change your page template to: Blank - No Container | Header, Footer

  1. Add a section contains 6 rows:

  1. The layout of first row should be 1 columns, the second row is 2 columns, the third row should be 1 colum, same as #4, #5, #6 rows:




  1. After that you can the text element to the row has one column and add the text & image elements to each column:
