X Theme Admin Options Page 404 Errors

From within my wp admin, I cannot access any admin X theme options that have “mydomainname.com/x/#/…” in the url. I have two other installs of X theme with all the same plugins; everything is updated and there have been no other conflicts. Just on this install. I’m getting page 404 (The resource requested could not be found on this server!) errors.

mydomainname.com/x/#/content
mydomainname.com/x/#/options
mydomainname.com/x/#/template-manager
mydomainname.com/x/#/global-blocks
mydomainname.com/x/#/design-cloud

None can find the page. Any ideas?

Hey @divesheik,

Something might have messed up your permalinks. Try going to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

If that doesn’t help, hard reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-backup and do the permalinks reset mentioned above again.

If those don’t help, please give us the following info in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin Username and Password
• FTP access

Wow! I did just as you instructed; went into permalinks and saved settings. Unbelievable. I’ve been going through scripts all evening trying to track the issue. Thank you Christian!!!
