X theme: Add logo to a True Center position with the menu divided either side and be responsive on all devices

Hi there,

I’ve seen this done on a few websites that are using the X theme without the Pro version so I know it can be done. I have read multiple threads and had some success with making the logo a menu item but it does not make the site very responsive. Also I really want to be able to have the logo as a logo and not a menu item.

I’d like to have my logo in the middle (linked to homepage) with the main nav menu divided up to the right and left of the logo.

Here’s a site that I have seen do it successfully with full responsiveness too: https://rosebudcbd.com/

Here’s how it is on my current test site: http://classicdrivesjdm.com/ but I am using Ubermenu plugin which I don’t really want to have to use.

Thanks so much for your help!
Matt

Hey Matt,

Thanks for writing in.

Yes, it’s technically possible to do this in X. In fact, almost everything is possible if you know WordPress development. However, we do not include theme customization as part of our theme support. I’m sorry but we can’t replicate your sample site as part of product support.

If you see custom codes here in the forum, they are only given as a guide. We don’t support them and we won’t provide specific instructions for this because that is like performing the customization itself.

The easiest method is to upgrade to Pro and use the Centered Logo Header template available in the Starter Template.

Otherwise, you need to consult with a WordPress developer to customize the original X header.

Thank you for understanding.
