Is it possible to download or purchase the x theme under construction plugin by itself without using x theme for the theme? as i usually use x but i cant for this certain website and i need the x under construction… pls help

The under-construction plugin is only for X or Pro theme site, not distributed separately.
We are really sorry but there is no option to purchase it.
