X Shortcodes Showing on Frontend

Hello,

I’m having trouble finding out why shortcodes are showing up on the front end in my Woocommerce store. I’ve tested all plugins and can’t seem to find the solution. These are X Shortcodes that aren’t seen on the backend only the front. Here’s a product example:

Thank for writing in.

The only problem that I could see is that you did not install cornerstone plugin. If installed, not sure why it is not working, please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.

Don’t forget to set it in a secure note.

Thanks for the quick reply. I did uninstall Cornerstone because I didn’t want to use it. But a few hours ago I reinstalled it but the shortcodes are still showing. Here’s the credentials.

Hey There,

Thanks for writing in! This issue happened because Cornerstone is deactivated. Even if you are not using Cornerstone to build your posts and pages, it still needs to be active. Please activate Cornerstone plugin.

Hi there,

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, the front end of the website does not have the Cornerstone activated. This might be caused by a heavy caching. I tried to check the case in the backend, but the username given does not have admin privileges and I can not access the plugins section.

Would you please kindly double check the cache and get back to us with the Username/Pass of the admin using the Secure Note?

Hi There,

I can see you have a different Cornerstone plugin installed on your site.

It should be this:

Deactivate that Cornerstone and delete it. Then go to homepage so that Cornerstone plugin that comes with X will be installed automatically.
