X-Pro video header is not playing in all browsers

Hello,

My video seems to display on my chrome desktop but not on the chrome browser on the my surface laptop. I’ve tried this in incognito mode and cloudflare is in development mode with the cache disabled.

Any idea on how I can get the video playing?

Surface is a touch device, a hybrid one. As of now, there are almost no boundaries between devices when it comes to hybrid (desktop - hybrid - mobile). A hybrid could be a desktop and could be a tablet. And since mobiles could also surpass desktop resolutions and other features, then it’s harder to detect which is which, hence, it’s safer to assume all touch devices are mobiles and tablets where some desktop features aren’t available, and videos will not play on any of touch devices. But, it’s on our list as a feature request, hybrid devices are bit complex since coding is only limited to the browser and not to the device where it runs.

Understood and that’s fine - look forward to that feature. Is there a way to put an image instead of a video if it’s on a mobile device? I can see where i would put a background color but it seems i have a choice of image or video. Is there a way for an image to appear if the video isn’t supported?
