X pro theme theme options not visible

Hi,

I have just upgraded from X to Pro. With the previous X theme installation the Basic settings menu did not appear when I clicked on X-Validation. Now with Pro-Validation it does not appear either so I can not change headers/footers and global settings. I have several x licenses on different hosting providers (a2hosting.com and mijndomein.nl) I have disabled all plugins (except cornerstone) on one site but no change. I have purged all caches in browsers (both chrome and safari) No Change. The php versions are 7.4 and 8.2 respectively. No change.

The memory limits are:

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT	256M
WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT	768M

No change.

.php permissions are set to the hosting standard 644

No change

Design cloud are “greyed out”

I find nothing on the forum to help me out so I need help.

Thanks for reaching out.
Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Hi @HA1,

I have checked and found the Theme Options is working fine.

If you are still facing the same problem, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

OK I have been looking at the “docs” on the theme.co website where it is indicated that the menu will show after pressing validation under Pro/X. Can I change the location (to the left instead of the right) to to mimic the what the “docs” show (As I am a novice I try to follow the manuals as best as I can) in a setting? I also tried to launch design cloud but get a blank screen where it says “no active documents” at the top of the menu but see none of the templates I expected to see . I have no cache plugins as per your instructions and tested both sites in chrome incognito mode but can still not see any templates. Is this also cache related (perhaps my hosting provider have another server side cache I need to dig deeper into to figure out)?

A few options are changed in the latest version but the documentation has not been changed yet. We are still working on the documentation modification related to the latest version. The Design Cloud option position is also changed and you can find it as described in the given screenshot.
