Good Day,

We have tried to view other threads and KB on this issue but it still persists.

  • Disabled Plugins
  • Edited Site/Home URL via MyPHPadmin
  • Increased WP Memory Limit
  • Increased Time Limit

Not too sure if you can take a look at the back end and see if this is fixable, please? Last option would be whitelisting /pro/ ?

Yes, you might need to whitelist. Here’s the error:

Please try to make sure the URL and all the sub URLs are white listed. I am not sure how your server works but usually using wild cards such as https://rsismartcanopy.com/* or maybe the HTTP version might help.
