Hi
I bought x pro but I am not able to install some of the templates from design cloud. The one that I am trying to install is “Murphy Bed and Breakfast”, this gets stuck on initializing.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! I have tested importing the Bed and Breakfast site demo in our local testing server. I have successfully installed it. You might have some issues with your server settings. Please go to Pro > Status, copy the results and paste it in your next reply so we can check your settings. If possible, kindly provide us access to your site for us to investigate this issue further.

Hello Ermir,
All of your server configurations seem fine. Is the issue only happening to Bed and Breakfast demo? Can you install other demo contents? Please check if your server allow outside connection to our Theme.co server. If you are still having problems installing the demo contents in your localhost, please make use of the other 3rd party staging sites like FlyeWheel, WPEngine or Pantheon.io. These are tested to have work with the theme and they have been used by many X theme users.

No I am able to load all other templates apart from the site ones. None of the site templates load for me. I am not sure how to make use of 3rs staging sites as new to this but will have a go at it. Is there another way I can install those site templates locally.

Hey Ermir,
The 3rd party staging sites Ruenel mentioned are online. They don’t require technical setup. If you’re interested, you can check them out on Google. I’m personally using pantheon.io and I’m able to import all site demos from the Design Cloud.
If you wish to continue developing locally, please try changing WAMP to Local by Flywheel. Maybe Local by Flywheel is the one referred to by Ruenel.
Another local dev program you can use is Laragon. See https://laragon.org/
I use both of them with no problems.
We are still investigating why some demos fail to import in some local setups. For now, please try what we’ve suggested.
