X Pro - SVG issue: src empty

Hi,

I can’t set a SVG to an image element. It’s broken since your update. The src stays empty.
Can you fix it please?

Hi @lijecreative,

WordPress does not support SVG and usually, the problems that occur with the empty SVG are caused by the method that customers use to enable the functionality.

But to make sure that we will address the case, would you please use the plugin below to enable the SVG and then upload the file again and use the image element?

kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case if you still have problems.

Thank you.

Hi,

I know about this. I’m not talking about an upload issue here. I already have this plugin enabled.
Once the svg is uploaded and visible in the media library, you can’t set it in an image element.

Hey @lijecreative,

I just added an SVG on one of your pages and it works in the builder as well as the frontend. Check the Secure Note. I’m not sure what other factors could be causing the SVG not to show up on our end. There could be something in your browser conflicting with SVG. If you have browser extensions, please deactivate all of them temporarily. Also, test in other browsers

This is not an issue with our theme as it works when I tested in your site as well as in my test sites.

Thanks.

Looks like it works now. Haha. Thanks

You’re always welcome @lijecreative!

Cheers.
