Upon checking your website, your footer looks great on almost every screen width. By the way, great looking website, good job!
Going back to your footer, I believe your footer does deserve a better looking on mobile as you probably have noticed. On Pro Header and Footer builder each element, container, and bar have a customize tab on this customized tab it allows you to hide the element based on the screen size.
On your case I personally would hide the whole bar and add another or two bars to be shown just on mobile, creating the footer specific for mobiles. This, of course, is just one option:)
