Is it possible to move images on scroll? As shown in this demo.

Are you referring to those circle images that moves on scroll? For image element, there’s no animation available.
When you add classic section, on a classic column, there’s FADE EFFECT option settings. Depending on the direction you choose, content of this columnn will fade in on scroll.
If you’re looking for more than that, unfortunately it is not available.
Well, that is quite unfortunate. Is ScrollMagic compatible with X Pro?
Also, is there a way of achieving the fade effect with the normal section, not classic. I am unable to set z-index property of classic elements.

We have no experience in using ScrollMagic. If this plugin is following WordPress standards, then it should integrate with the theme seemlessly like any normal plugins do.
By the way, there is no fade effect animations for the V2 section. It is only available to the classic section.
