X Pro Mobile Menu - Fixed Menu

Hi there

I am having a bit of trouble getting the menu to show up on the mobile

and also

I have set the header as fixed in the customiser but it is still staying up at the top of the page and not moving down when scrolled.

Please could you advise.

Thank you

Kind regards

Hi There,

In the Bar 1, you have to set the sticky bar option to ON:

Regards!

Thank you Thai that worked perfectly.

What about the mobile menu which does not appear to be working?

Thanks for your help.

kind regards

Hi There,

Logo is too large for mobile/small screen that is why there’s no space for the menu. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cbX2nV2bwu. Try to hide current image on smaller screen using HIDE DURING BREAKPOINTS property under Custom Tab. Then add smaller image which is only visible to smaller screen.

Hope this helps.

Hi there
If I make the logo retina then the menu in mobile is shown but the logo is then far too small on desktop - is this normal that the menu is not resized for mobile unless it is retina or are there other settings I can use as I cannot find anything

With regard to the mobile menu even when shown it is the wrong menu - not the actual menu but a default one - do I have to set it to use the same menu and if so where

Many thanks

Hi There,

If you have a log that fits your desktop but not your mobile, you can actually add two logo images.

On the customize tab of each bar, container, and elements, including the image element on the header builder you will find a Customize tab, on the customize tab you can hide the element based on screen size, that way you can display one logo for desktop and another for mobile.

On the header builder, the inline menu element and the mobile menu elements are independent differently from X where it converts automatic, that is done in order to offer you limitless flexibility.

When you set your inline menu, you selected your own menu to replace the sample menu. Same has to be done with the mobile menu. To visualize your mobile menu, click on the mobile icon on the very left tab. The different screen views will drop on top, select the mobile. Click on the mobile icon. On the settings you will find the option to choose your own menu and replace the sample menu.

Hope it helps
