The theme does not seem to come with simple navigation on single posts. I have also not found a plugin which works with the theme. Can anyone help? With thanks.

In Integrity stack, the next and previous post navigation can be found along with the breadcrumbs.
You can enable this in X/Pro > Theme Options > Miscellaneous > Breadcrumbs.
