X Pro Header Builder won't expand to full screen width?

Hi, I’m having a small problem with the header builder in Pro. I’m fairly new to X Pro and the builder so please bare with me. I’ve played with a few headers and seemed to be getting on okay; then I deleted everything so I could start afresh and kick on from there…however, now when I load up a new template (or start from scratch) the header is only about half the size and won’t expand to full screen…see image attached; as you can see the header is set to show at 1200px and above…but it’s only showing at half the size??? If anyone can help here and tell me what I’ve done wrong…or haven’t done correctly that would be great. Thanks.

That’s weird, my first time seeing this issue. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in a secure note?

Maybe it’s due to javascript error and it fails to switch to actual view.

How do I log in to your site? And it also displays another site instead of the one with Pro theme. Perhaps I need an IP ?

It could be the cache, this is how your head looks on my end:

Could you please purge all the SG cache or try in the incognito mode and check again?
