X Pro footer not showing on all pages

I’ve created a new footer using X Pro’s footer builder and set it to be the global footer. However, the footer only shows up on the home page. I want the footer to show on all pages.

Hi there,

To rule out any possible reasons kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that you clear all caches if you have plugins or services that do so.

  2. Check for 3rd party plugin conflicts by deactivating all plugins and checking the website.

  3. Make sure that you delete the Cornerstone plugin if you have it. As you are using Pro version 1.1.0 and you do not need that plugin

  4. If you still experiencing the problem kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Hi Christopher - it turned out to be a user issue :slight_smile: The person who built the pages selected the wrong template - No Container | Header. No Footer.

Issue resolved.
