X Pro Footer causing page to crash

Hi there,

on all pages where I use a Pro Footer it causes the page to crash.
Pages with Pro Footer:

Pages without Pro Footer:

Also I can’t access Pro Footers and Headers in the backend anymore.
Any idea on that?

Please try the following

  1. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  2. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

  3. Contact your host to increase your allocated memory or do it yourself by adding this code in your wp-config.php

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Hey there,

thank you for the quick response.

We’ve found out that the problem is caused by the essential grid Plugin. Everytime when we activate the Plugin and put a Grid on the side via Cornerstone we get this error.

What we cann to to fix this problem. Never have had problems with this combination and we really want to use the essential Grid Plugin.

Hi there,

May I know which grid is causing this? And does it display an error, or a white page, or just freezes?

If it’s an error or blank, it could be due to internal server error then please provide your FTP login credentials as well. I assume that you already increased the memory limit.
