X Pro: Edit Content With Pro - Looping

Hi there,

I am having trouble with pages looping in X Pro.

When I want to edit a page, it loops back to the ‘Dashboard’ view.

I have tried clearing the cache and no caching plugins are activated.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for writing in! I have created a test page on your site and then I was able to load Pro content builder. After adding some elements, I was able to edit the page again as well. Please check the secure note below.

In your end, I would suggest you to test Pro builder on Chrome incognito mode (https://www.lifewire.com/incognito-mode-google-chrome-4103635) or Firefox private browsing window (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/private-browsing-use-firefox-without-history), so that it should avoid any caching issues.

If you’re experiencing this issue on a specific page, please provide us with an example page URL to check this issue further.

Edit: I have X Pro installed on 2 other domains and they work fine.

Your site has redirects, if you’ll check the URL, it has /?v=a25496ebf095 then redirect to /pro/pro/#/content/1584 which is incorrect.

I went ahead and change the Wocoommerce Geolocation to no cache. It’s now working properly, make sure to remove the v=a25496ebf095 from the URL before testing because it will be just the same.
